1. Shipping times are approximate and may vary based on availability. Shipments may be delayed. Allow for additional time.

2. When the item is being delivered, inspect the crate for any damage. If the crate appears to be damaged, refuse the order. Premier Powertrain is not responsible for any damages during shipping.
3. Core deposits are refundable if core is returned within 30 days of delivery.
4. The warranty is with the manufacturer of your unit, not Premier Powertrain. Premier Powertrain does not handle warranty claims, and is not responsible for any cost of repairs to your unit. Defective units MUST be received back before replacement units are shipped.

5. Requests for refunds will be denied if the product has been used or installed. All Parts Kit sales are final once shipped.

6. All returns must be within 30 days. Returns are refunded less 15% restocking fee and any additional damage.
